INTERNET STORE REGULATIONS

The Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT is run by Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, (02-146) at (street address) ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 43, registered in the Business Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Department of the National Court Register, under KRS number  0000056844, holder of NIP no. 522-000-23-34, with share capital of PLN 62,430,548.32 (paid up in full).
 
I. Definitions
 
The following terms used in these Regulations shall have the following meanings:
 
1. Customer – a natural person, a legal person or an organisational unit that is not a legal person but has been granted a legal capacity under specific rules, and a natural person that has concluded an air carriage agreement with PLL LOT S.A. and that is purchasing or intending to purchase Products or Services at the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT;
 
2. Account - the account kept for the Customer by the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT under a unique name (login); a set of resources in which the Customer data and information on the Customer actions regarding the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT is collected;
 
3. Civil Code – the Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, Item 93, as amended);
 
4. Regulations – these Regulations of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT available on www.airkiosk.lot.com
 
5. Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT  – the internet store available on http://www.airkiosk.lot.com, run by PLL LOT S.A., through which the Customer can purchase Goods and Services offered therein;
 
6. Supplier – the manufacturer of a Product or the provider of a Service offered through the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT;
 
7. Product – a product offered by the Seller for sale through the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT i.e. Products in the "Home Delivery" category, Products in the "Onboard Delivery" Category;
 
8. Products from the "Onboard Delivery" category  – Products presented in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT in the "Onboard Delivery" tab, available only to Customers who concluded an air carriage agreement with PLL LOT S.A. and delivered on board on selected outbound PLL LOT S.A. flights from Warsaw;
 
9. Products from the "Home Delivery" category – Products presented in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT in the "Home Delivery" tab, available to all Customers,
 
10. Service – services offered by the Seller as part of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT;
 
11. Limo Service – a service consisting in transporting the Customer  from/ to a gate at the Fryderyk Chopin Airport in Warsaw to / from the aircraft which is to take / took the flight for which the Customer has / had bought a ticket.
 
12. Airport Escort Service – a service consisting in offering, during check-in at the Fryderyk Chopin Airport in Warsaw, an escort comprised of assistance in carrying and checking in luggage, priority check-in at a Business Class desk, walking to the gate, boarding priority (before Economy Class passengers).
 
13. Luggage Transport Service – a service consisting in delivery of registered luggage from the F. Chopin Airport in Warsaw to an address named by the Customer in the City of Warsaw or neighbouring municipalities such as Brwinów, Izabelin, Józefów, Konstancin-Jeziorna, Lesznowola, Łomianki, Marki, Michałowice, Milanówek, Nadarzyn, Otwock, Ożarów Mazowiecki, Piaseczno, Piastów, Podkowa Leśna, Pruszków, Raszyn, Stare Babice, Sulejówek, Wiązowna, Ząbki, Zielonka. 
 
14. LOT Kids Excursions - a service consisting in organising an educational excursion for children and youth providing insight into operations of PLL LOT S.A.
 
15. Sales Agreement – an agreement for the sale of Products and/or Services within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded by and between the Seller and the Customer through the Internet.
 
16. Order – a declaration of will made by the Customer with the aim to conclude the Sales Agreement, specifically setting the quantity and type of the purchased Product and/ or Service.
 
17. Discount Voucher or Gift Voucher – an electronic document with a defined denomination, provided in the form of a PDF document or a text message (SMS) and containing a Special Code giving its holder the right to get a discount when purchasing Products or Services at the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT
 
18. User of a Discount Voucher or Gift Voucher – a Customer who has received a Discount Voucher or Gift Voucher from the Issuer to be used for purchasing Products or Services at the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT
 
19. Seller – Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-146), at (street address) ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 43, which offers Products or services for sale through the Internet Store;
 
20. Issuer of a Discount Voucher or Gift Voucher – Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-146), at (street address) ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 43.
 
21. Organiser of the LOT Kids Excursion - Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-146), at (street address) ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 43.
 
22. Auction – conclusion of the Sales Agreement by the Customer through submitting an offer to purchase Products or Services through the auction platform of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT as part of a Bidding Transaction or "Buy Now" Transaction,
 
23. Auction Participant - a Customer who is purchasing selected Products or Services in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT through the auction platform of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT by way of an auction sale.
 
24. Bidder - an Auction Participant who made a bid for the purchase of a Product or Service in a Bidding Transaction.
 
25. Animator – a natural person employed by the Organiser of a LOT Kids Excursion who has adequate knowledge and skills to conduct the LOT Kids Excursion.
 
II. General Provisions
 
2.1. These Regulations establish principles of using the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT  available at the Internet address http://www.airkiosk.lot.com
 
2.2. These Regulations are the regulations referred to in Article 8 of the Act on provision of services by electronic means. The Regulations are addressed to all Customers of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT. The Customer is obliged to comply with all provisions of the Regulations. The sale is subject to the version of these Regulations applicable as of the Order date.
 
2.3. The Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT operates at the address http://www.airkiosk.lot.com.
 
2.4. These Regulations establish in particular:
 
a) the principles of using the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT,
 
b) the principles of registering and using the Account in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT;
 
c) the terms and conditions of placing Orders by electronic means in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT;
 
d) the principles of making Sales Agreements for the purchase of Products or Services in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT;
 
e) the principles of running Auctions in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT;
 
2.5. Sales of Products and Services offered in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT, except for Products in the Home Delivery category and the LOT Kids Excursion Service referred to in Annex 6 are not subject to the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (hereinafter "the Act"), except for Articles 10 and 17 of the Act in connection with Article 3 Paragraph 1 Point 4 of the Act.
 
2.6. The Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT can be used through Internet browsers whose market penetration in Poland is at least 20%.
 
2.7. In order to use the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT, the Customer should, on their own account, get access to a computer station or terminal equipment with access to the Internet.
 
2.8. In accordance with applicable provisions of law, the Seller reserves the right to restrict provision of services through the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT to persons above 18 years of age.
 
2.9. Customers can have access to these Regulations at any time through a link on the home page of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT and can download and print it out.
 
2.10. All information on the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT website regarding Products and Services (including their prices) does not represent a trade offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code but is an invitation to conclude an agreement referred to in Article 71 of the Civil Code.
 
2.11. Information regarding prices provided on the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT website is binding upon a correct placement of and payment for the Order by the Customer.
 
2.12. Photographs of Products published on the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT website are provided on an illustrative basis and serve to present specific models shown therein.
 
 III. Account in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT
 
3.1. The Customer may create an Account in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT by carefully completing and accepting the registration form provided on the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT website.
 
3.2. Creating an Account requires reading and accepting these Regulations and providing personal details marked as obligatory.
 
3.3. The Seller may remove the Customer's Account in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT with an immediate effect if the Customer has violated the provisions of these Regulations, and particularly if:
 
a) personal details provided by the Customer during the process of registration in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT are untrue, inaccurate, invalid, misleading or if they violate third party rights,
 
b) by using the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT the Customer has violated third party personality rights, particularly personality rights of other Customers of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT,
 
c) the Customer has committed acts that exposed PLL LOT S.A. to material damage, in particular financial losses,
 
d) the Customer has committed other acts that the administrator of the Internet Store may find as incompatible with applicable provisions of law or general rules of using the Internet or harmful to the reputation of PLL LOT S.A.
 
3.4. The Customer that has been banned from using the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT may not re-register in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT without a prior approval from PLL LOT S.A.
 
3.5. In order to ensure the safety of transmission of messages and data in connection with services provided through the website, the Internet Store takes technical and organisational steps that are adequate to the level of threat to the services provided, in particular steps aimed at preventing unauthorised acquisition and modification of personal data transmitted through the Internet.
 
3.6. The Customer is obliged, in particular:
 
a) not to provide or transfer any content prohibited under provisions of law, e.g. content that promotes violence, defames or violates personality or other rights of third parties,
 
b) to use the Internet Store in a manner that does not disrupt its functioning, in particular by using specific software or devices,
 
c) no to take any actions such as disseminating or placing in the Internet Store unsolicited commercial information (spam),
 
d) to use the Internet Store in a manner that does not cause any inconvenience to other Customers of PLL LOT S.A.,
 
e) to use the content published in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT only for own purposes,
 
f) to use the Internet Store in a manner that is compliant with applicable provisions of law in force in Poland, provisions of these Regulations and general rules of using the Internet and in accordance with the related custom,
 
g) not to take any actions aimed at obtaining classified information held by administrators of the Internet Store, 
 
h) not to take any actions that are in conflict with these Regulations and provisions of law that will expose PLL LOT S.A. to material damage, in particular financial losses.
 
3.7. In the event that, in connection with using the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT, the Customer takes any actions that are in conflict with the provisions of these Regulations or provisions of law that will cause damage to PLL LOT S.A., the Customer shall repair the damage to the full amount as requested by PLL LOT S.A. 
 
 IV.  Placing orders
 
4.1. The Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT is open 24 hours a day all week. The period in which an Order may be placed in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT depends on the type of a Product or Service ordered and their availability at the time of placing the Order, and is specified in an applicable Annex regarding that type of a Product or Service.
 
4.2. In order to conclude a Sales Agreement through the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT, the Customer must visit the website of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT at http://www.airkiosk.lot.com, select a Product or Service, provide the quantity and parameters of the Product or the quantity and type of the Service, and pay for the Order placed.
 
4.3. The Customer selects Products or Services to order by adding them to the basket.
 
4.4. For an Order to be effective, the Customer must provide accurate contact details required to complete the Order.
 
4.5. While placing an Order, up until pushing the button "I confirm the Order and the obligation to pay", the Customer can modify the Order both in terms of the contact details provided and the selection of the Product or Service. To do so, the Customer must follow the messages and information displayed on the website.
 
4.6. After the Customer has provided all the details required for the Order, a summary of the Order will be displayed. The summary will contain information regarding:
 
a) the subject of the Order,
 
b) the unit and total price of the Products or Services ordered, including costs of delivery or additional costs (if any),
 
c) (optionally) the total price of the Products or Services ordered after using a Discount Voucher or a Gift Voucher,
 
d) the selected method of delivery or collection,
 
e) the selected method of payment,
 
f) (optionally) other information relevant to the Product or Service ordered,
 
4.7. In order to place an Order, the Customer must accept the Regulations, provide the personal details marked as obligatory and push the button "I confirm the order and the obligation to pay".
 
4.8. Placing an Order by the Customer represents a declaration of will to conclude a Sales Agreement with PLL LOT S.A. in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.
 
4.9. On placing an Order, the Customer will be redirected to the payment platform to pay for the Order, depending on the payment method selected. Information about accepted payment cards can be found on the payment platform.  
 
4.10. On placing an Order and making the payment, the Customer receives an automatically generated e-mail message from the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT with the final confirmation of all essential Order details, particularly a list of the Products or Services ordered, including their quantities, unit prices, total value and cost of delivery, and additional information regarding provision of the Service ordered by the Customer or delivery of the Product ordered by the Customer. Depending on the type of the Product or Service ordered, and at the Customer's discretion, the invoice or bill being the proof of the purchase are generated automatically by the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT together with an e-mail confirming the placement of the Order or are delivered to the Customer at the delivery of the Product or at the commencement of providing the Service.
 
4.11. The Sales Agreement is made in Polish in accordance with these Regulations.
 
 V. Performance of Orders and deliveries.
 
5.1. Products are delivered and Services are provided in the Republic of Poland, with Products delivered also abroad.
 
5.2. Products from the "Home Delivery" category are delivered:
 
a) to the address named by the Customer in the Order,
 
b) to the address named by the Customer when registering the Account in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT unless the Customer names a different delivery address in the Order,
 
c) as part of "personal collection" at a sales office of LOT TRAVEL Sp. z o.o. selected by the Customer; the sales offices are located in:

5.3. Products from the "Onboard Delivery" category are delivered directly onboard of the aircraft in which the flight will be made for which the Customer has bought an airline ticket.
 
5.4. Products ordered in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT are delivered at the Customer's cost in accordance with the method of delivery selected by the Customer in the Order.
 
5.5. Subject to Clause 5.6. below, Products ordered are delivered within 7 business days from the date on which the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT receives the payment for the Order.
 
5.6. Products from the "Onboard Delivery" category are delivered on the day of the flight for which the Customer has bought an airline ticket
 
5.7. If directly at the receipt of the Product ordered the Customer notices any damage to the Product or the packaging, then the Customer shall:
 
a) if delivered to the address named in the Order or the Account -  make a damage report, in the presence of the courier, and send it promptly together with a complaint, if any, to the address: PLL LOT S.A., AirKiosk.LOT, ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 43, 02-146, Warszawa
 
b) if delivered onboard of the aircraft – report that fact to a cabin crew member on the flight for which the Customer has bought an airline ticket. Depending on availability of the Product onboard of the aircraft and at the Customer discretion, the damaged Product can be returned of replaced with the same Product free of faults or a similar Product at the same price. If the Product is returned, the payment will be refunded to the Customer within 7 days from the date on which the Product was returned onboard of the aircraft, by the same method of payment that was used to pay for the Product and to the same payment card or to the same bank account from which the payment was made.
 
c) if delivered to a sales office of LOT TRAVEL Sp. z o.o. -  make a damage report, in the presence of a person handing over the Product ordered, and send it promptly together with a complaint, if any, to the address:: PLL LOT S.A., AirKiosk.LOT, ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 43, 02-146, Warszawa
 
5.8. The date of provision of a Service ordered by the Customer depends on the type of the Service and is specified in an applicable Annex.
 
5.9. If the Customer places several Orders, these Orders will be performed in order they are paid for by the Customer.
 
5.10. If an Order placed for Products from the "Home Delivery" or for Services cannot be performed for causes attributable to the Customer, in particular due to:
 
a) providing incorrect details in the Order regarding the name and delivery address, and the incorrect details are not corrected by the Customer before the Products ordered are dispatched from the warehouse,
 
b) the Customer's failure to collect the Order within 5 days from the date of delivery of the Product ordered to the point of delivery named by the Customer in the Order,
 
c) the Customer's failure to appear at the location and at the time of provision of the Service ordered,
 
PLL LOT S.A. will refund the Customer the amount paid by the Customer for the Order minus a charge for preparing the Order amounting to PLN 30 per each Order. If the value of the Order is lower than the charge referred to in the preceding sentence, the Customer will not receive any refund.
 
5.11. If an Order placed for Products from the "Onboard Delivery" is not performed for causes attributable to the Customer, in particular due to:
 
a) providing incorrect details in the Order regarding the name, the flight date or number, and the incorrect details are not corrected by the Customer 72 hours before the planned flight date,
 
b) the Customer's failure to appear onboard of the correct aircraft due to circumstances attributable to the Customer,
 
PLL LOT S.A. will refund the Customer the amount paid by the Customer for the Order minus a charge for preparing the Order amounting to PLN 50 per each Order. If the value of the Order is lower than the charge referred to in the preceding sentence, the Customer will not receive any refund.
 
VI. Prices and methods of payment
 
6.1. Prices of Products and Services are expressed in Polish złoty and include all components, including VAT (with the tax rate provided). Prices of Products and Services do not include costs of delivery.
 
6.2. Products or Services purchased by the Customer can be paid for:
 
a) by bank wire transfer,
 
b) with a payment card,
 
c) with a Discount Voucher of Gift Voucher.
 
6.3. Payments are made through electronic payment systems accepted by the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT.
 
6.4. The cost of delivery of the Product is provided at placing the Order.
 
6.5. The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of Products or Services, conduct and cancel promotion campaigns, conduct clearance sales and change those campaigns or sales. A change in the prices of Products or Services and terms and conditions of a promotion campaign or clearance sale does not affect the prices of Products or Services purchased by the Customer before the effective date of that change.
 
6.6. Promotions available in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT cannot be combined unless terms and conditions of a specific promotion state otherwise.
 
VII. Rules regarding redemption of Discount Vouchers and Gift Vouchers
 
7.1. The Customer may redeem Discount Vouchers or Gift Vouchers to pay for Products or Services ordered in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT.
 
7.2. Discount Vouchers or Gift Vouchers may be issued only by Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT S.A. 
 
7.3. Discount Vouchers or Gift Vouchers may have a specific face value or percentage value, or entitle the Customer to a free Product delivery.
 
7.4.  The use of Discount Vouchers or Gift Vouchers in an Order may be limited by specifying the minimum or maximum value of that Order or by excluding purchase of specific Products or Services offered in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT. 
 
7.5. Discount Vouchers and Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed after their validity date and may not be combined with each other.
 
7.6. Each Discount Voucher or Gift Voucher may be redeemed only once in a single Order.
 
7.7. Discount Vouchers or Gift Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash either in full or in part.
 
7.8. The issuer of a Discount Voucher or Gift Voucher is not liable for providing that Voucher to any third parties by the Customer.
 
7.9.   If the value of an Order in which a Discount Voucher of Gift Voucher is redeemed is lower than the value of that Voucher, the unused amount of the Voucher is not refunded.
 
7.10. If the value of an Order in which a Discount Voucher of Gift Voucher is redeemed is higher than the value of that Voucher, the Customer pays the difference using one of the payment methods referred to in Clause 6.2.a and 6.2.b of these Regulations.
 
7.11. All complaints regarding purchases of Products or Services with the use of a Discount Voucher or Gift Voucher shall be submitted to the e-mail address airkiosk@lot.com
 
7.12. In the event of a withdrawal from a Sales Agreement and return of the Product or resignation from the Service, if the value of the Order in which a Discount Voucher or Gift Voucher is redeemed is lower than the value of that Voucher, the Customer shall not receive a refund of the value of that Order or the value of the Product or Service returned.
 
7.13. In the event of a withdrawal from a Sales Agreement and return of the Product or resignation from the Service, if the value of the Order in which a Discount Voucher or Gift Voucher is redeemed is higher than the value of that Voucher, the Customer shall receive a refund of the value of that Order or the value of the Product or Service returned in excess of the value of the Voucher redeemed.
 
7.14. In the event of a withdrawal from a Sales Agreement or return of all Products ordered, if the Discount Voucher or Gift Voucher entitled the Customer to a free delivery, the Customer shall receive a refund of the Order value only.
 
7.15. In the event that an Order placed for Products from the "Home Delivery" category or for Services in which a Discount Voucher or Gift Voucher is redeemed cannot be performed for causes attributable to the Customer, as referred to in Clause 5.10 of these Regulations, and if the value  of that Order is lower than the value of the Voucher redeemed, the Seller shall not be obliged to refund the Customer the value of that Order, and if the value of that Order is higher than the value of the Voucher redeemed, the Seller shall refund the Customer the portion of the price paid by the Customer in excess of the value of the Voucher redeemed minus a charge for preparing the Order amounting to PLN 30 per each Order.
 
7.16. In the event that an Order placed for Products from the "Onboard Delivery" category in which a Discount Voucher or Gift Voucher is redeemed cannot be performed for causes attributable to the Customer, as referred to in Clause 5.11 of these Regulations, and if the value  of that Order is lower than the value of the Voucher redeemed, the Seller shall not be obliged to refund the Customer the value of that Order, and if the value of that Order is higher than the value of the Voucher redeemed, the Seller shall refund the Customer the portion of the price paid by the Customer in excess of the value of the Voucher redeemed minus a charge for preparing the Order amounting to PLN 50.
 
7.17. In the event that an Order placed for Products or Services in which a Discount Voucher or Gift Voucher is redeemed cannot be performed for causes attributable to the Seller, and if the value  of that Order is lower than the value of the Voucher redeemed, the Seller shall not be obliged to refund the Customer the value of that Order, and if the value of that Order is higher than the value of the Voucher redeemed or if the Voucher entitled to a free delivery, the Seller shall refund the Customer the portion of the price paid by the Customer in excess of the value of the Voucher redeemed in the first case or refund the value of that Order in the second case. In each case referred to in the preceding sentence, the Customer shall receive from the Seller a new Discount Voucher or Gift Voucher of the same value as the Voucher redeemed. In order to receive such new Discount Voucher or Gift Voucher, the Customer shall contact the Seller at the e-mail address airkiosk@lot.com.
 
VIII. Rules regarding the conduct of Auctions in Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT
 
8.1. The Customer may purchase selected Products or Services in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT that are available in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT by way of an auction sale conducted on the auction platform in the form of a Bidding Transaction or a Bidding Transaction with the "Buy Now" option.
 
8.2. An Auction is not a gambling game within the meaning of the Gambling Games Act of 19 November 2009 (Journal of Laws 2009, No. 201, Item 1540, as amended).
 
8.3. Only adult Customers may take part in an Auction.
 
8.4. By placing a Product or Service for sale in a Bidding Transaction, the Seller invites bids in order to conclude an agreement with the Auction Participant that has offered the highest price.
 
8.5. By selecting the "Buy Now" option in a Bidding Transaction with the "Buy Now" option, the Auction Participant can immediately purchase the Product or Service placed for a fixed price predefined by the Seller.
 
8.6. An Auction is announced upon placing a Product or Service for sale on the auction platform of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT with designation "Bid" or "Buy Now".
 
8.7. The Auction Participant takes part in an Auction by placing their bid for a Product or Service in a Bidding Transaction or by selecting the "Buy Now" option in the case of a Bidding Transaction with the "Buy Now" option.
 
8.8. By taking part in a Bidding Transaction, the Bidder specified the maximum price for a Product or Service they undertake to pay if they win. The bid may not be lower than the starting price set by the Seller or lower than the current highest bid placed by another Bidder. The Bidder may change the maximum price during Bidding Transactions, but they may not set an amount that is lower than the current highest bid placed by another Bidder.
 
8.9. The amount of the minimum increment for each Auction is set by the Seller and depends on the value of the subject of the Auction.
 
8.10. A Bidding Transaction is won by the Bidder that placed the highest bid. If several Bidders have placed bids with the same highest price, then the winning bidder is the one that first joined the bidding by offering the highest bid.
 
8.11. Bids placed in an Auction are binding upon the participants of the Transaction i.e. upon the Seller and the Bidders until the Transaction ends or until the Seller rejects the bids. A bid may be rejected only before the Transaction ends:
 
a) at the Bidder's request or
 
b) if there is no contact with the Bidder (e.g. due to incorrect details) or
 
c) if the Transaction ends without establishing its result pursuant to Clauses 8.11-8.13 below.
 
8.12. An Auction ends upon the lapse of the period for which it was announced. However, the Seller may close the Transaction at any moment and then the winner is established as of the moment the Auction was closed.
 
8.13. If bids placed during an Auction have not exceeded the minimum price, which is known to all the Auction Participants, the Seller has the right to extent the Auction period or to cancel the Auction and announce it again at a later date.
 
8.14. An agreement between the Seller and the winning bidder is concluded when the Auction is won, and between the Seller and Auction Participant using the "Buy Now" option - when the Auction Participant confirms their selection of that purchase option.
 
8.15. Promptly after the Auction is won or the Auction Participant confirms their selection of the "Buy Now" option, the Auction Participant receives an e-mail from the Seller at the address named in the Internet Store registration form that confirms winning the Auction or making a purchase in the Bidding Transaction with the "Buy Now" option containing a link to the basket from which the payment must be made. The purchase price for the Product or Service shall be made within 5 business days from the receipt of such e-mail.
 
8.16. If the Auction winner or the Auction Participant that used the "Buy Now" option fails to pay the purchase price for the Product or Service within the period set forth in Clause 8.14. above, the Seller shall have the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement and to announce another Auction at a date of its choice.
 
IX. The right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement 
 
9.1. The right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement referred to in this Chapter IX may be exercised only by Customers who are consumers and applies to the purchase of Products from the "Home Delivery" category and the LOT Kids Excursion Service described in Annex 6.
 
9.2. The right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement may be exercised within 14 days from the day on which the Product was delivered or the Sales Agreement regarding the Service was concluded. A template of a statement of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement is shown in Appendix A to these Regulations.
 
9.3. In the event of a withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, the Product shall be returned to the Seller without delay, however not later than within 14 days from the withdrawal date. The Product purchased shall be returned to the Seller's address: PLL LOT S.A., AirKiosk.LOT, ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 43, 02-146, Warszawa
 
9.4. The Customer is liable for a decrease in the Product value due to using it beyond the extent necessary to learn the nature, properties and functioning of the item.
 
9.5. A Product returned by the Customer shall be in its original packaging with all documents issued at its sale and shall be packed in a manner that ensures the Product is protected against any damage during transport. The Product should not show signs of usage.
 
9.6. The cost of packing and sending the Product to the Seller is borne by the Customer.
 
9.7. The right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement by the Customer is excluded if:
 
.        the Service has not been provided in full;
 
·         the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT started providing the Service, at the Customer's request, before the lapse of the 14 day period referred to in Clause 9.2.;
 
·         the Customer purchased Products or Services that are beyond the standard offering of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT and were prepared at the Customer special order matching the Customer's individual needs;
 
·      the Product or Service may not be returned due to its nature or perishability,
 
 ·    the Product purchased by the Customer was delivered in a sealed packaging and may not be returned after opening due to hygiene reasons, provided that the packaging was opened after the Product had been delivered on to the Customer (e.g. perfumes, cosmetics, alcohol, tobacco products),
 
- the Product or Service was purchased in a public auction.
 
9.8. The payment made by the Customer for the Order, including the cost of delivery, subject to Clause 9.7 above, shall be refunded by the Seller without delay, however not later than within 14 days from the day on which the Seller received the Customer's statement of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, and by the same method of payment that was used to pay for the Order.
 
9.9. In the event of a partial withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, the Customer shall receive a refund of the payment made by the Customer for the returned portion of the Order and a refund of the cost of delivery in the amount proportional to the returned portion of the Order. The refund shall be made promptly, however not later than within 14 days from the day on which the Seller received the Customer's statement of partial withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, and by the same method of payment that was used to pay for the Order.
 
X. The right to return a Product or resign from a Service
 
10.1. The Customer has the right to return a Product or resign from a Service in accordance with the provisions set forth in Respective Annexes regarding the Product or Service. The right to return a Product or resign from a Service referred to in this Chapter X, shall not apply to Products from the "Home Delivery" category or the LOT Kids Excursion Service described in Annex 6.
 
10.2. In the event of returning a Product, the payment made by the Customer for the Product returned, including the cost of delivery in the amount proportional to the value of the Product returned, shall be refunded by the Seller without delay, however not later than within 7 days from the day on which the Seller received the Product returned by the Customer, and will be made by the same method of payment  that was used to pay for the Product or Service. Such cash refund may not be made into a payment card or bank account other than that from which the payment was originally made.
 
10.3. In the event of resigning from a Service, the payment made by the Customer for the Service subject to the resignation shall be refunded by the Seller without delay, however not later than within 7 days from the day on which the Seller received the Customer's resignation notification, and will be made by the same method of payment  that was used to pay for the Product or Service. Such cash refund may not be made into a payment card or bank account other than that from which the payment was originally made.
 
10.4. The Customer shall bear the cost of the return shipment of the Product.
 
XI. Complaints
 
11.1. Complaints shall be sent to the Seller's e-mail address named in the respective Annex regarding the Product or Service subject to the Customer's complaint. 
 
11.2. The Seller undertakes to respond to complaints regarding inconsistencies between a Product or Service purchased and the Sales Agreement within 14 days, and to other complaints within 30 days from the their receipt. A response to the complaint will be sent by e-mail. 
 
11.3. In their complaint, the Customer shall provide their full name and address for correspondence, and specify the cause of the complaint regarding the Product or Service purchased in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT.
 
11.4. The Seller is not the manufacturer of Products offered in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT, and therefore it is the manufacturer of the Products that is liable towards the Customer under guarantee and warranty for the Product for 12 months from the purchase date in accordance with terms and conditions set forth in the relevant guarantee document. 
 
11.5. If accepted, a complaint regarding a Product entails either repair of replacement of the Product with a Product free of faults, and if it is not possible - also due to unavailability of the Product at the Seller's, the Seller shall refund the Customer the equivalent of the value of the Product subject to the complaint. The refund will be made by the same method of payment that was used to pay for the Product. Such cash refund may not be made into a payment card or bank account other than that from which the payment was originally made.
 
11.6. If accepted, a complaint regarding non-performance or inappropriate performance of a Service entails a refund of either all or a portion of the equivalent of the price for the Service subject to the complaint. The refund will be made by the same method of payment that was used to pay for the Service. Such cash refund may not be made into a payment card or bank account other than that from which the payment was originally made.
 
11.7. The cost of sending back a Product subject to a complaint is borne by the Seller. To order a courier to collect the Product subject to the complaint, the Customer shall contact the Seller at the e-mail address: airkiosk@lot.com. 
 
11.8. Complaints may not regard differences in the appearance of a Product ordered by the Customer as seen on the website of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT - www.airkiosk.lot.com - compared to the actual appearance of that Product as delivered to the Customer that can arise from individual settings (parameters) of the Customer's computer screen.
 
XII. Complaints regarding functioning of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT
 
12.1. The Seller takes steps to ensure proper functioning of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT to the extent permitted by the current technical knowledge, and undertakes to remove, within a reasonable time, all irregularities reported by Customers.
 
12.2. The Customer is obliged to promptly notify the Seller of any irregularities or interruptions in the functioning of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT.
 
12.3. Customers can report irregularities in the functioning of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT in writing to the address: PLL LOT S.A. Sklep Internetowy AirKiosk.LOT, 02-146 Warszawa , ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 43, by e-mail to airkiosk@lot.com
 
12.4. In their complaint, the Customer should specify their full name, address for correspondence as well as the type and date of the reported irregularity regarding the functioning of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT.
 
XIII. Protection of personal data
 
13.1. Personal data provided by the Customer while registering an Account or placing an Order without registration in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT is processed by Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-146) at [street address] ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 43. The personal data is processed by the Seller in order to manage the Account in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT and provide services offered in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT. Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary but necessary for the correct provision of those services.
 
13.2. The Seller may entrust processing of its Customers' personal data in a certain extent to entities that cooperate with the Seller in the provision of services offered in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT e.g. to entities that deliver Products or provide Services purchased by the Customer. The Seller shall oblige entities whom it may entrust with processing of the personal data to take appropriate steps to safeguard the personal data and to process the personal data for a strictly defined purpose and in a strictly defined extent. 
 
 
13.3. The Customer has the right to view their data or demand its correction, completion or removal. To this end, the Customer should contact the Seller by sending a message to the e-mail address: airkiosk@lot.com.
 
13.4. If approved by the Customer, the Customer's personal data may be processed also for marketing purposes, in particular for the purpose of informing the Customer about new products, services and promotions offered by the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT or related to the business of PLL LOT S.A.
 
13.4. The Customer represents that the personal data provided by the Customer is the Customer's true data.
 
XIV. Commercial Information
 
14.1. The Customer of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT may consent to receive electronic commercial information from the Seller regarding new services, products and promotions offered in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT or related to the business of PLL LOT S.A. and services products offered by marketing partners of PLL LOT S.A. Granting such consent is voluntary and is not required to register an account or place an order in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT.  
 
14.2. The Customer of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT may consent to receive marketing materials from the Seller regarding services offered by PLL LOT S.A. and services and products offered by marketing partners of PLL LOT S.A. by means of telecommunication terminal equipment and automated calling systems. Granting such consent is voluntary and is not required to register an account or place an order in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT.  
 
14.3. The consents referred to in Clause 14.1. and 14.2. above are granted by ticking appropriate boxes in the form during the procedure of registering the Account or placing an order without registering in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT. The consent may be revoked at any time. To do this, the Customer should log in their Account in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT, go to the "Consents" tab and untick the box with the consent, or send information about revoking the consent to the e-mail address: airkiosk@lot.com. 
 
 XV. Final Provisions
 
15.1. Deeming individual provisions of these Regulations as invalid or ineffective under law shall have no effect on the validity or effectiveness of the other provisions of these Regulations. The invalid provision shall be substituted by the rule that is the closest to the purpose of the invalid provisions and these Regulations as a whole.
 
15.2. The Seller reserves the right to change these Regulations at any time. Changes to the Regulations enter into force upon their clear identification and publication on the website of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT, and do not affect the rights acquired by the Customers prior to their entry into force. Customers who register their Account or make a purchase without registering after the effective date of the changes shall be bound by the provisions of the new Regulations.
 
15.3.  The current Regulations can be found on the website of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT.
 
15.4. The Seller is not liable for any software installed on the Customer's private computer.
 
15.5. The Seller is not liable for any transaction made by unauthorised third parties who gained access to the Customer's Account as a result of the Customer's recklessness when using the login and password to their Account.
 
15.6. Any and all disputes that may arise between the Seller and the Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22(1) of the Civil Code shall be submitted for settlement to competent courts in accordance with applicable provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
 
15.7. Any disputes that may arise between the Seller and the Customer who is not a consumer within the meaning of Article 22(1) of the Civil Code shall be submitted for settlement to a court of competent jurisdiction for the registered office of PLL LOT S.A..
 
15.8. Matters not regulated under these Regulations shall be subject to applicable provisions of law, including in particular the Civil Code, the Act on provision of services by electronic means, the Telecommunications Law and the Consumer Rights Act.
 
Annex 1
 
Rules regarding placing orders for products from the "Home Delivery" category
 
1. The Customer can purchase products from the "Home Delivery" category in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT.
 
2. Orders can be placed in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 
 
3. Orders for Products from the "Home Delivery" are performed within 7 business days from the date of the correct payment for the Order.
 
4. A written statement of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement should be sent directly to the e-mail address:airkiosk@lot.com.
 
5. The Customer can return a purchased Product within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Product to the Customer.
 
6. Written complaints, also regarding inconsistencies between Products from the "Home Delivery" category and the Sales Agreement, should be sent directly to the e-mail address:  airkiosk@lot.com.
 
7. In the event of returning of Products from the "Home Delivery" category as part of withdrawing from the agreement, the Customer shall bear the cost of the return shipment of the Product. The Product shall be returned to the address: PLL LOT S.A., AirKiosk.LOT, ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 43, 02-146, Warszawa.
 
8. In the event of a complaint regarding Products from the "Home Delivery" category, the Customer should contact the AirKiosk.LOT support personnel. The cost of sending back a Product subject to a complaint is borne by the Seller. To order a courier to collect the Product subject to the complaint, the Customer shall contact the Seller at the e-mail address: airkiosk@lot.com. 
 
9. If directly at the receipt of the Product the Customer notices any damage to the Product or the packaging, then the Customer shall, in the presence of the courier, make a damage report and send it promptly together with a complaint, if any, to the address: PLL LOT S.A., AirKiosk.LOT, ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 43, 02-146, Warszawa
 
Annex 2
 
Rules regarding placing orders for products from the "Onboard Delivery" category
 
1. Products from the "Onboard Delivery" category can be purchased in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT only by a Customer who has concluded an air carriage agreement with PLL LOT S.A. An ordered Product will be delivered directly onboard of the aircraft  in which the flight will be made for which the Customer has bought an airline ticket. Such purchases are available only on selected outbound flights from Warsaw. 
 
2. The Customer can place Orders for Products from the "Onboard Delivery" category 3 full days before the outbound flight from Warsaw (counted from midnight) for which the Customer has bought an airline ticket. Orders placed after that date will not be performed.
 
3. The Customer placing an Order for Products from the "Onboard Delivery" category is obliged to provide in the Order: the number and date of the flight for which the Customer has bought an airline ticket and to which the Order is to be delivered. If the number or the date of the flight changes, the Customer is obliged to notify the Seller of the change at the latest 3 days before the date of the outbound flight from Warsaw by sending a message to the address: airkiosk@lot.com.
 
4. Alcoholic beverages and tobacco products offered in the Internet Store in the "Onboard Delivery" category are available only on international flights, excluding domestic flights.
 
5. Products from the "Onboard Delivery" category are subject to customs regulations of the destination country.
 
6. The Customer must be 18 years or older to buy alcoholic or tobacco products in the Internet Store. A cabin crew member has the right to demand the person collecting Products containing alcohol or alcohol to produce an identity document to prove their age. If the person refuses to do so or if the Order cannot be collected by an adult person, the cabin crew member has the right to refuse to serve the alcohol and/or tobacco products.
 
7. Cabin crew do not serve alcohol to persons who are intoxicated or below the required age, and in any case when provisions of law forbid doing so.
 
8. Products ordered from the "Onboard Delivery" category must be paid for 3 days before the outbound flight date.
 
9. Written complaints, also regarding inconsistencies between Products from the "Onboard Delivery" category and the concluded agreement, should be sent to the e-mail address:  airkiosk@lot.com
 
10. The cost of sending back a Product subject to a complaint is borne by the Seller. To order a courier to collect the Product subject to the complaint, the Customer shall contact the Seller at the e-mail address: airkiosk@lot.com. 
 
11. If directly at the receipt of the Product the Customer notices any damage to the Product or the packaging, the Customer shall report this fact to a cabin crew member on the flight to which the Product has been delivered. Depending on availability of the Product onboard of the aircraft and at the Customer discretion, the damaged Product can be returned or replaced with the same Product free of faults or a similar Product. In the event of returning the Product, the payment will be refunded within 7 days from the date on which the Product was returned onboard of the aircraft, and the refund will be made by the same payment method that was used to order the Product. Such cash refund may not be made into a payment card or bank account other than that from which the payment was originally made.
 
12. The Customer may return an ordered Product within 14 days from the delivery date, and alcoholic or tobacco Products from the "Onboard Delivery" may be returned or complained about only onboard of the aircraft due to customs regulations.
 
13. In the event of returning Products from the "Onboard Delivery" category (other than alcohol and cigarettes), the Customer shall bear the cost of the return shipment  of the Product. The Product shall be returned to the address: PLL LOT S.A., AirKiosk.LOT, ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 43, 02-146, Warszawa. 
 
14. In the event of any conflict with the Regulations of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT, the provisions of this Annex 2 shall apply.
 
Annex 3
 
Rules regarding sales of the Limo Service
 
1. A Customer who has concluded an air carriage agreement with PLL LOT S.A. can order a service in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT consisting in transporting the Customer from the so-called gate in the Fryderyk Chopin Airport in Warsaw directly to the entrance to the aircraft which is to take the flight for which the Customer has bought an airline ticket. The Service is available only on selected outbound flights from Warsaw. 
 
2. The Service can be ordered 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but at the latest 24 hours before the date of the flight for which the Customer has bought an airline ticket.
 
3. If it occurs that the flight for which the Service has been purchased is supported by equipment that provides for direct connection between the gate and the aircraft - the so-called jet bridge - the Customer will be promptly notified of this fact and the payment for the Service made by the Customer will be refunded within 7 days by the same method of payment that was used to pay for the Service.
 
4. In the event of a change to the number or the date of the flight for which the Service has been purchased, the Customer is obliged to notify the Seller of the change at the latest 24 hours before the date of the outbound flight from Warsaw by sending a message to the addresses: paxwaw@lsas.aero and airkiosk@lot.com,
 
5. The Customer has the right to resign from the purchased Service at the latest 24 hours before the planned date of the provision of the Service by sending a written resignation statement to the e-mail addresses:  paxwaw@lsas.aero and airkiosk@lot.com
 
6. Written complaints, also regarding inconsistencies between the Service provided and the concluded Sales Agreement, should be sent directly to the e-mail addresses: paxwaw@lsas.aero and airkiosk@lot.com.
 
7. In the event of any conflict with the Regulations of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT, the provisions of this Annex 3 shall apply.
 
Annex 4
 
Rules regarding sales of the Airport Escort Service
 
1. A Customer who has concluded an air carriage agreement with PLL LOT S.A. can order an escort service in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT consisting in assistance in carrying and checking in luggage at Warsaw's F. Chopin Airport, a priority check-in at a Business Class desk, escorting the Customer to the correct gate and ensuring priority (before Economy Class passengers) during boarding. The Service is available only on selected outbound flights from Warsaw. 
 
2. The Service can be ordered 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but at the latest 24 hours before the date of the flight for which the Customer has bought an airline ticket.
 
3.  For the Service to be provided it is required that the Customer has direct contact with the Ground Handling Coordinator on the telephone number given in the Order confirmation in order to provide the time of the Customer's arrival at Warsaw's F. Chopin Airport.
 
4. The Customer is obliged to produce a proof of purchasing the Service before the start of the Service provision.
 
5. The Customer has the right to resign from the ordered Service at the latest 24 hours before the planned date of the provision of the Service by sending a resignation statement to the e-mail addresses:  paxwaw@lsas.aero and airkiosk@lot.com
 
6.  Written complaints, also regarding inconsistencies between the Service provided and the concluded Sales Agreement, should be sent directly to the e-mail addresses: paxwaw@lsas.aero and airkiosk@lot.com
 
7. In the event of any conflict with the Regulations of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT, the provisions of this Annex 4 shall apply.
 
Annex 5
 
Rules regarding sales of the Luggage Transport Service
 
1. A Customer who concluded an air carriage agreement with PLL LOT S.A. can order a service in the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT consisting in delivery of registered luggage from the F. Chopin Airport in Warsaw to an address named by the Customer in the City of Warsaw or neighbouring municipalities such as: Brwinów, Izabelin, Józefów, Konstancin-Jeziorna, Lesznowola, Łomianki, Marki, Michałowice, Milanówek, Nadarzyn, Otwock, Ożarów Mazowiecki, Piaseczno, Piastów, Podkowa Leśna, Pruszków, Raszyn, Stare Babice, Sulejówek, Wiązowna, Ząbki, Zielonka.
 
2. The Service can be ordered 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but at the latest 24 hours before the arrival date of the flight to Warsaw for which the Customer has bought an airline ticket.
 
3.  The Customer is obliged to authorise an employee of the entity that provides the delivery service to collect and deliver the luggage to the address named and to declare the luggage at the customs by filling in applicable forms when placing the Order.
 
4. The Customer is obliged to confirm collection of the luggage by signing the collection form provided by an employee of the entity that provides the delivery service.
 
5. The Customer has the right to resign from the ordered Service at the latest 24 hours before the planned date of the provision of the Service by sending a resignation statement to the e-mail addresses:  a.pronobis@lot.pl and airkiosk@lot.com
 
6. Written complaints, also regarding inconsistencies between the Service provided and the concluded Sales Agreement, should be sent directly to the e-mail addresses: a.pronobis@lot.pl and airkiosk@lot.com
 
7. In the event of any conflict with the Regulations of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT, the provisions of this Annex 5 shall apply.
 
Annex 6
 
Rules regarding sales of the LOT Kids Excursion Service
 
1. An Order for the LOT Kids Excursion Service should be placed minimum three (3) weeks before the date of the provision of the Service.
 
2. The LOT Kids Excursion Service may be provided only to a group of minimum 10 and maximum 35 persons.
 
3. In their Order for the LOT Kids Excursion Service the Customer should additionally provide the following data:
 
a/ the number of participants and their personal data in the form of the full name of each participant, and the number of adult minders and their personal data in the form of the full name of each adult minder,
 
c/ tick at the statement that all participants of the LOT Kids Excursion are covered under a valid accidents insurance (NNW),
 
d/ if the Customer is a legal person or an organisational unit without a legal personality, the Customer must include a statement that the natural person placing the Order is authorised to act on behalf of the Customer
 
4.   The price for the LOT Kids Excursion Service depends on the number of participants provided by the Customer, and a reduction in the number by the Customer on the service provision day will not result in a corresponding reduction in the price for the Service.
 
5. Participants of the LOT Kids Excursion are obliged to comply with the provisions of these Rules and follow all instructions given by the Animators, failing which they may be excluded from further participation in the LOT Kids Excursion. 
 
6. The Seller and the Organiser are not liable for any losses incurred by Participants of the LOT Kids Excursion in connection with their participation in the LOT Kids Excursion or for personal injuries suffered by Participants of the LOT Kids Excursion as a result of their failure to follow instructions from the Animators and employees of The Organiser of the LOT Kids Excursion.
 
7. The LOT Kids Excursion shall have the following agenda:
 
7.1. arrival of the Participants of the LOT Kids Excursion at the PLL LOT office building,
 
7.2. greeting of the Participants of the LOT Kids Excursion,
 
7.3. start of the workshop run by Animators, during which the Participants of the LOT Kids Excursion:
 
7.3.1. will be divided into groups by the Animators in charge of the workshop,
 
7.3.2. each group will receive a leaflet with information about things they can or cannot pack into their luggage,
 
7.3.3. the lead Animator will distribute various kinds of suitcases and mockup objects to pack,
 
d) each group must choose a suitcase and pack it correctly. The room in which the workshop will be held will have appropriate devices and info posters to help the teams pack their suitcases correctly,
 
e) each team must first pack the registered luggage and then hand (cabin) luggage,
 
f) the animators running the workshop check whether each piece of luggage prepared by the teams has been packed in accordance with guidelines in force.
 
7.4. On conclusion of the workshop there will be a several minute refreshment break for the Participants.
 
7.5. After the break, the Participants will go to the LOT AMS technical hangar.
 
7.6. A tour around the hangar with the animators.
 
7.7. Transport of the Participants by PLL LOT crew vans to Terminal A of the Chopin Airport, where the Participants will have the opportunity to visit a generally accessible part of the Terminal. The tour around the Terminal is guided by animators provided by PLL LOT.
 
7.8 Transport by PLL LOT crew vans to the PLL LOT office building.
 
7.9 A goodbye and conclusion of the LOT Kids Excursion.
 
8. The LOT Kids Excursion Service does not include:
 
a/ food and drinks during the excursion,
 
b/ transport of the Participants of the LOT Kids Excursion to/from the place of provision of the Service.
 
9. For reasons beyond the Organiser's control, including a late arrival of the Excursion Participants, the Organiser may modify the course of the LOT Kids Excursion by, among others, curtailing it without a prior notification to the Customer.
 
10. In consultation with the Organiser, the Customer has the right to make changes in the agenda of the LOT Kids Excursion referred to in Clause 7, and to individually arrange respective points thereof at any moment, however not later than 3 days before the planned date of the provision of the Service, by contacting lotkids@lot.pl
 
11. The Customer may change personal data and the number of the Participants of the LOT Kids Excursion, provided that following such changes the number of the Participants of the LOT Kids Excursion is minimum 10 and maximum 35. In such situation, the Customer is obliged to inform the Organiser of those changes at least 7 days before the date of the provision of the Service by contacting lotkids@lot.pl
 
12. In the event of any conflict with the Regulations of the Internet Store AirKiosk.LOT, the provisions of this Annex 6 shall apply.
